November 24-25, 2017: Open Alpaca Barn. In Oregon's wine country, just off Hwy 99W, take a break from the Thanksgiving winery tours to meet the summer's alpaca babies and their mothers. September 8-10, 2017: Wisconsin Sheep & Wool Festival. Located at Jefferson Fair Park in Jefferson, WI. Three wonderful days are in store for you at the Wisconsin Sheep & Wool Festival, each year on a September weekend at the Jefferson County Fair Park in Jefferson, Wisconsin! Fill your days with an array of activities at the multiple venues across the festival. The Country store has over 130 exhibitors from across the country, offering everything from sheep supplies and products; baskets to drop spindles; yarn to jewelry; rug looms to roving. The Activity Center is the hub of activity, including contests, auctions, Shepherd's Workshops and Wool Show and topping that off with a Lamb Dinner on Saturday evening.
